Piexon To Supply Asian Prison Services 11/08/2009

AARWANGEN, Switzerland, August 11, 2009. PIEXON AG, a leading provider of less-lethal weapons, today announced that it won a tender for supplying its product JPX Jet Protector to the Prison Services of an Asian country. Piexon's products provide the most advanced delivery system for irritant agents available today.

"The JPX units will initially be used for extensive field tests in a high security prison environment. Our product was chosen as the most suitable short-range, less-lethal option available for use in prisons. This is further evidence that our technology significantly reduces cross-contamination in closed environments compared to classic irritant delivery systems, such as pepper spray canisters. Upon successful completion of the field tests, we expect a full deployment of the JPX in the prison services of this country." Juerg Thomann, Piexon's Chief Executive Officer stated.

The order will be shipped in August 2009.
