Services

IBS Sigma offers two types of services aside from providing customers with our products. The first is the support and reparation of select products. The second is training in how to make effective use of our products. Only certain products are supported through these services.

Support and Repair

Currently, IBS Sigma only repairs T3 Motion Personal Electric Mobility Vehicles. Repairs for other products should be done through the manufacturer or through qualified repair personnel. Training

Training on the Piexon JPX Jet Protector and Piexon Guardian Angel series are given by IBS Sigma Master trainers. The training period ranges from 2 to 8 hours depending on the level which an individual wants to attain and the product trained on. The Guardian Angel training is a 2 hour course and the JPX Jet Protector training for users is 4 hours. Training for trainers is 6 to 8 hours.
