Returns

IBS Sigma has a 30 day return policy of non special order products if these are defective in the case, are suffering from manufacturing defects and/or defects from workmanship. The 30 days is effective from the date of purchase. Should IBS Sigma make an error in the fulfillment of your order or ship an incorrect product to you we will accept the material for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective we will not accept material which were sold on special or items sold for clearance purposes. IBS Sigma will offer a credit on all products which are found defective upon arrival.

Pricing Errors

Should a price or other information on our site be incorrect due to a typo error or due to an error received from our suppliers, IBS Sigma shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. IBS Sigma will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged IBS Sigma will credit the card for the specific purchase and the order canceled. As well only the erroneous price of the product will be credited.
